That is true of ordinary, mass-market rosés, which are not made to last and begin to decline as the first leaves begin to fall. But well-made rosé not only endures, it improves. A good wine shop ought to have a selection of these sorts of wines in April. You could also drink that rosé with the dinner of spicy meatballs.
